After a dominant performance in the Elimination Chamber match, “The Queen of Spades” Shayna Baszler is now officially the number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship and will challenge Becky Lynch for the title at WrestleMania.

From the moment Baszler entered the match, she immediately imposed her will on the competition and made quick work of all them. She began by attacking Sarah Logan and Ruby Riott and eliminated submitted both.

Baszler then turned her attention to Natalya, where she unleashed a vicious attack using the chamber pod as a weapon, before submitting her. After eliminating Natalya, Baszler had time to spare, so she used it to taunt Liv Morgan and Asuka, who had yet to enter the match. Morgan was next to enter and after a short burst of offense, Baszler got the upper hand and submitted her, leaving Asuka as the only competitor remaining.

Baszler and Asuka had a brief back and forth that saw Asuka lock in her finishing maneuver: the Asuka Lock however, Baszler regrouped and would then submit Asuka to win matchup with a clean sweep of the competition.

Since making her official Raw debut, Baszler has targeted Lynch and set her sights on the Raw Women’s Championship, so now that the match is official, it will be interesting to see how the storyline develops as WrestleMania nears. Based on the way Baszler performed in the chamber match, it could signify the end of Lynch’s year-long title reign and the start of another dominate reign for Baszler.
