New York teenage sensation Caden Clark scored a fantastic equalizing goal to carry the New York Red Bulls to a 1-1 draw against Toronto FC on Wednesday night.

The late goal brought Toronto's 5 game win streak to an end, just one win short of matching the club record.

However, Toronto is still undefeated in their last 8 games (6-0-2), an impressive streak that has carried the team to the top of the MLS standings.

Alejandro Pozuelo opened the scoring with a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. The referee pointed to the spot after a shot from Ayo Akinola struck the arm of Red Bull defender Dru Yearwood inside the 18-yard box. New York goalkeeper Ryan Mear stood rooted to the spot as the Spaniard calmly rolled the ball into the bottom corner of the goal.

Dru Yearwood seemed to redeem himself in the 33rd minute when his shot from outside the box made it through traffic and into the back of the Toronto goal. However, after video review, the decision was overturned after Tom Barlow was caught in an offside position as well as interfering with Toronto keeper Quentin Westberg.

Pozuelo and Toronto had many chances throughout the game to add to their lead but failed to capitalize on any of them. This proved to be costly when Caden Clark scored a breathtaking goal in the 77th minute to bring the score level. 17-year-old Clark has now become the youngest player to score in his first two MLS appearances.

Toronto FC's next match is on Sunday, October 18th as they take on Atlanta United at 7:30 pm ET
