Mets’ pitcher Jacob deGrom won his second straight National League Cy Young Award, joining Max Scherzer, Clayton Keyshawn, Tim Lincecum and Randye Johnson as the only back-to-back winners in the past century.
In an amusing moment during the LA Clippers/Houston Rockets game Wednesday night, Clippers’ coach Doc Rivers was ejected for arguing with the ref, while his son, Rockets’ guard Austin Rivers, laughed and encouraged the crowd to cheer. After the game, Austin tweeted, “Welp.... Thanksgiving is going to be weird...." Rockets 102, Clippers 93
