"The screws are backing out from my arm break."

Tim Sylvia (31-10-0, 1NC) needs help with his formerly broken arm - and fast.

The former two-time UFC heavyweight champion took to his Instagram account to explain that "the screws are backing out from my arm break." and that the UFC told him "It's not (their) problem and will not cover it."

Sylvia injured the arm in a bout with Frank at UFC 48 in 2004.

'I don’t have insurance and it’s going to cost well over 10,000 dollars to get fixed," Sylvia said. "Any thoughts on what i should do?"

Sylvia, 44, launched a  GoFundMe campaign Tuesday to raise USD $20,000 for surgery. So far, $2,400 has been raised.

The UFC has not officially responded to Sylvia's claims.

"The Maine-iac" retired from MMA in 2015.
