Buffalo -1 vs Philadelphia:

There is something wrong with the Philadelphia Eagles. They were blown out in Minnesota, then after their coach guaranteed a win in Dallas they were blown out again. The Eagles look lost on defense, especially in the secondary. Carson Wentz hasn't looked right either as the Eagles have given up 75 points in back to back weeks and have been outscored by 45 in their last 2 road games. Now the Eagles play a 3rd straight on the road and are only a 1 point underdog to the 5-1 Buffalo Bills who can match their best ever start with a win? Granted the Bills didn't look great last week vs Miami and Josh Allen has the 29th worst QBR this season. The Bills should be able to win this game with their stout defense and we are getting a bargain price. Pick: Bills

NY Giants +7 at Detroit:

Unfortunately the Lions are watching their season go down the toilet. This week after giving up 42 points at home to Minnesota they traded Quandre Diggs to Seattle. Diggs was "blindsided" by the trade and the rest of the team spoke out very much against this move with many comments being made about feeling expendable and under appreciated. The moral feels like a big problem right now as a 4th straight loss could be in the cards on Sunday. The Giants are not a good team but Daniel Jones will only get better, Golden Tate makes his return to Detroit and Saquon Barkley is only getting more healthy. You simply can't lay 7 points with Detroit right now. Pick: Giants

Jacksonville -6 vs NY Jets:

As bad as things were for the Eagles Sunday night they were even worse for the Jets on Monday. When your starting quarterback admits to "seeing ghosts" in a prime time divisional game you have a problem. The Jets are in jeopardy of falling to 1-6 for the 3rd time since 2007. Sam Darnold will be much better this week but you know the Jaguars defense will be trying to get in his head after the rough outing on Monday. The Jets have allowed 26 sacks this year which doesn't bode well against a team once labelled "Sacksonville". Gardner Minshew leads all rookie qb's with 10 passing touchdowns and has played very well since taking over for Nick Foles. Look for the Jags to get back to .500. Pick: Jaguars

Enjoy the games!
