Without Lowry The Raps Still Manage To Win & Maintain The Leagues Best

Oh the weather outside is frightful and these Miami vice jerseys are delightful, and since there’s no place to go let them play let them play let them play. I am not thrilled that another year went  by and the Toronto Raptors didn’t play on Christmas Day. I don’t get it. What do they need to do! But, I guess they did play on Boxing Day so I’ll settle for that. Toronto played Miami in South Beach, which I’m a little jealous of because I’d love to be sitting on a beach. That being said my Christmas was filled with love, laughter and lots of

The Heat stayed ahead of the Raps almost the whole game. The game didn’t  start until Toronto took the the lead with 1:23 to play in the 3rd quarter and then it was on! As we expected the leader with the largest hands in the league, Kawhi Leonard had a game high 30 pts and 8 reb.

My favourite player to watch during this game was Dwayne Wade. Although he only put up 10 pts. Wade showed off his fancy footwork and showed he still has skill and put up a step back three pointer over Danny Green to put the Heat ahead one with 1:04 to go in the game.

While Leonard was taking over for Toronto, it was Josh Richardson who took the Heat under his wings and put up a team high 17 pts for Miami. The points were pretty distributed for the Heat but they couldn’t get up the last shot in the dying seconds of the 4th.

Toronto has a short break as they take on the Orlando Magic Friday December 28th at 7:00pm. Toronto still stands with the best record in the NBA with 26-10. Do you think they can end the year in a strong note? Let’s find out!
