Raptors lose 126-114 to injury riddled Celtics

The Toronto Raptors lose there second straight game, as they take a 126-114 lose to The Boston Celtics. 

Fred VanVleet led The Raptors in scoring with 35 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists, opn 13/20 shooting. Pascal Siakam chipped in with 22 points, 6 rebounds and three assists, on 7/15 shooting from the field. Kyle Lowry had 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists, on a 5/13 shooting night in the loss. 

Jason Taytum led The Celtics with 40 points, 6 rebounds and two assists, on 11/19 shooting, and 5/8 from three. Rookie Payton Prichard had 23 points, 2 rebounds and 8 assists, on 8/13 shooting from the field. Robert Williams had a double double as well putting up 11 points and 15 rebounds, on 4/5 shooting from the field. 

The Celtics outrebounded The Raptors 56-37. The Raptors had 20 assists, while The Boston Celtics had 19 assists in this one. 

The Celtics turned the ball over 19 times, while The Raptors turned the ball over 10 times. 

The Celtics shot 48% from the field, while The Raptors shot 40% from the field. 

The Raptors next game will be played Wednesday January 6th as they start there western confrence road trip against The Phoenix Suns. That game will be played at 9:00pm EST/ 6:00pm CST.
